D’Albora Marinas reveal new plans in wake of Festival of Boating cancellation

The Boating Industry Association Ltd (BIA) has cancelled the Sydney Festival of Boating, which was scheduled to run from 29 July to 1 August, in support of government efforts in controlling the current COVID-19 outbreak in Sydney which is now impacting other States.

As a leader in the Marina and Boating industry within Australia, d’Albora supports the BIA’s decision to put health and safety first and foremost. Furthermore they pledge to continue to support members, guests and tenants across their 10 prime marina locations in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

However it would seem that it’s not all bad news. In the coming weeks, when the time is safe to venture out again d’Albora will be announcing an event to showcase the d’Albora product and service lifestyle.

The event will feature updates on the full range of berthing options across their network, including their new air berthing options at Akuna Bay. D’Albora will also be showcasing the boatyard facility updates coming for the rest of this year with major facility upgrades coming to The Spit in 2022. They will also be providing visitors with a first look a the their latest and greatest dining facility, San Martin, Sydney’s newest wedding & function venue on the water.

All in all some exciting stuff is certainly in store for d’Albora Marinas despite the ongoing situation with COVID. Stay tuned for further updates on this event and other events like this in Sydney and around Australia in the coming months.
