Azurite Yacht Design have unveiled their latest design concept, the 26.8-metre Infinit-e 88. Azurite is a next-generation yacht design studio established in 2020 in Sydney, Australia. They focus on the use of environmentally friendly materials to reduce toxic waste caused by the yachting industry.
The Infinit-e 88 features bold and sleek exterior lines and will be constructed with an aluminium hull and superstructure. Her hull is painted in a metallic pearl colour while her matte black superstructure features a glass roof and full-height windows that flood her main saloon with natural light. Full-height sliding doors to starboard offer an open-plan layout and an additional entrance into the yacht.
On her front deck is an al fresco dining area for up-to six guests, as well as a sunbathing area at her bow. She also features a bar and an additional seating area for six guests on her aft deck that can be converted into a dining area for 10 people with tables sliding up from the deck. One of Infinit-e 88’s standout features is her expanding aft deck swim platform that can give an additional two metres of space to her stern for guests to access the water. Here she also features two garages that can store surfboards, two Seabobs, wetsuits and diving equipment.
Infinit-e 88’s open-plan interior design was finishing with high-end furnishings for maximum comfort. It will utilise sustainably sourced materials and can be customised to her owner’s taste. The full-beam master suite will cover an area of 30 square-metres and include an en suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a seating area and a study. Infinit-e 88 will feature an exclusive art collection throughout.
With a strong focus on sustainability, Azurite aimed to keep most of the interior plastic-free. The interior has a balanced colour and texture combination to create a bold and bright look, yet only uses natural and sustainable materials such as cotton, linen, timber, metal, glass, marble and wool.
The Infinit-e 88 will also have an option to motor solely on electric power, and she can cruise at 12 knots in this setting. She has IPS Drive Hybrid Volvo Penta engines and can run at a top speed of 32 knots.
