Following the great success of the Cannes Yachting Festival last week, The Winch Design team are excited to continue the momentum and are looking forward to attending The Monaco Yacht Show next week.
Following a year of show cancellations, it’s not only fantastic for Winch to be attending the show, but also to be participating in the new Design and Innovation Hub and presenting the exceptional M/Y Maori 80. Winch is also pleased to offer a first look into the interior of the inimitable M/Y Somnio, the 222m Megayacht that’s taken the world by storm.
Director of Yachts and Aviation, Jim Dixon and Ignacio Oliva-Velez, Senior Partner, Yachts, will be attending the show, alongside the talented Associates from the Yachts team.
Furthermore, Winch are delighted to being showcasing some of their current work and upcoming projects and concepts for the first time at The Monaco Yacht Show at the inaugural Design & Innovation Hub. It’s a wonderful opportunity to share a glimpse of some of the designs on their drawing boards at the world’s most esteemed Yacht Show.
Jim Dixon will be giving a talk at 3pm on Wednesday 22nd at the Design and Innovation Hub; a space dedicated to the design of new projects and innovative solutions in yachting. He will be talking about projects currently in development at the studio and the ways in which the team are working hard to innovate and create exteriors and interiors that guide the yacht industry into the future.
Aino Grapin, CEO, Winch Design will also be talking with The Water Revolution Foundation at the hub as part of the Sustainable Yacht Design Task Force. This important discussion will cover the core topics and missions of the Water Revolution Foundation, paving the plan for the sustainable future of yacht design.
The discussion will be taking place on Thursday 23rd from 11-11:30am.
